George Pritchard, RID
President
A proud native Cherokee, George Pritchard, brings a wealth of industry experience to Create4All with 17 years in the field. Drawing from his experience serving as the Director of University Aesthetics and Campus Design at Oral Roberts University and operating a home design firm, Create Design Group, George brings a unique and broad perspective to the team.
As the Interior Design Principal at KSQ, George brings insightful leadership and mentoring to the firm’s team. His natural curiosity and quest for fresh inspiration means he’s always learning, reading and staying on top of current trends, best practices and product innovations the team can apply to each new project.
Armand Quadrini, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP
Vice President
Armand Quadrini brings more than 30-years of architectural design leadership to the team. His career encompasses K12, higher education, and multi-family market sectors. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he manages the firm's stainable design initiatives. Armand ensures that each project is practical, comfortable, affordable, and in line with clients' building goals.
Armand has embarked on a new venture alongside George and David to lead Create4All. His expertise in sustainable design and track record in multifamily housing will undoubtedly contribute to Create4All's mission of crafting culturally resonant and environmentally conscious projects.
David Short, AIA, NCARB, RID
Secretary
As the Secretary at Create4All, David leads the design team to ensure client satisfaction through the entire project life cycle. A hallmark of David’s approach is listening intently to the client’s vision, program, and objectives– only then does the design process begin to take shape.
What sets David apart as an outstanding architect is his unwavering commitment to crafting spaces that foster community cohesion. His designs have garnered recognition for excellence from both peers and user groups, with several projects that David has led being acknowledged by prestigious organizations such as the American Institute of Architects.
Driven by a passion for developing creative solutions, Create4All produces tailored spaces that leave a lasting impact.
